All the quality manuals will be developed based on your companies needs and capacity. At your request we will submit the manual and do follow-up tracking on your behalf for the following applications:

1. Boiler as per ASME Sec I and CSA B51
2. Pressure vessel as per ASME Sec VIII Div 1 and CSA B51
3. Pressure piping as per ASME B31.1 ,B31.3 and CSA B51
4. Refrigeration piping as per ASME B31.5 and CSA B52
5. Medical gas as per CSA Z7396.1

ASAR can provide skilled visual inspectors certified to CSA W178.2 Level 1, 2, and 3 who are qualified to meet your needs. Our certified welding inspector can provide below services at your request:

1. Visually inspect product weld quality and overall workmanship.
2. Review drawings, engineering specifications and welding procedures.
3. Witness welder qualification testing.
4. Verify material test reports and proper flow of materials.
5. Confirm that “as built” dimensions match drawings and document variances.
6. Examine bolting installation and perform torque testing.
7. Determine extent of nondestructive testing required.
8. Perform/oversee nondestructive testing and verify results.
9. Perform/oversee paint inspections and verify results.
